Sizing
The labels seem to give a neck size in cm, which seem to be on the big side for those numbers. This being the case, we've taken a pit to pit measurement, and made chest sizes. They are:
40 inch chest - has a label stating '38', and measures 22 inches pit to pit
42 inch chest - has a label stating '40', and measures 23 inches pit to pit
44 inch chest - has a label stating '41', and measures 24 inches pit to pit
