Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 working days. Once your order is packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a notification with tracking information (where applicable).

Delivery Within Ireland

  • Delivery Time: Typically within 2 working days after dispatch

  • Carrier: An Post

  • Cost: Capped at a maximum of €7, regardless of order size

Delivery to the United Kingdom

  • Delivery Time: Usually 3–4 working days after dispatch

  • Carriers: Various trusted couriers

  • Cost: Maximum charge of €10.20

Delivery to EU Countries

  • Delivery Time: Typically 3–6 working days after dispatch

  • Carriers: Mostly An Post, with occasional use of other couriers

Delivery to Non-EU Countries

We do ship internationally!

Please Note: Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking the relevant customs regulations in your country before ordering.

Courier Delays & Lost Parcels

While most orders arrive on time, occasional delays can happen due to issues with the courier, especially during peak periods or due to customs processing in international destinations.

In rare cases, parcels may go missing in transit. If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
