Returns Info

We want you to be happy with your order from War Horse Military Surplus. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns Policy

  • You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is in its original condition, and with any original packaging where applicable.

  • Please email us at info@warhorsemilitarysurplus.com before returning any item so we can provide instructions and confirm return eligibility.

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. We’ll either:

  • Offer a replacement, if stock allows, or

  • Issue a refund once the item is returned to us.

We will cover the cost of return postage in these cases.

Vintage and Surplus Condition

Please note: we sell authentic military surplus, which often means items may show signs of previous use, storage, or age. These are part of the character of surplus gear and not considered defects. Any major flaws or damage will always be noted in the product description.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at info@warhorsemilitarysurplus.com with your order number and the reason for return

  2. We'll reply with return instructions

  3. Package the item securely and include your order number inside

  4. Post it back to the address provided

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items marked "final sale" or "non-returnable" in the product description

  • Used or washed items

  • Items returned after the 14-day period without prior agreement
