Condition: Most of these look pretty close to unused, if not unused, though, given their age, they may have a few small marks due to longterm storage. These mostly seem to be what look like rust spatters - you can see example in the last two pictures
Not sure of the material content, as we can't find any indication on the labels. Given their age though, it's probable that they are cotton.
The sizes given are for if they are to be worn as standalone trousers. If you mean to wear them as over-trousers please choose a larger waist size.
