Condition: Used item, though, we think many of these were never issued. However they may show some starch preservative marks, and so are being sold as used. The starch may mean that they are a bit stiff. All can be resolved by a machine wash. May also have an odd small blemish from long term storage, for instance, a small knick etc. The button colour may have faded. Exact colours may vary slightly from the pictures
