If the German label sizes were followed these coats would be very big fitting on most people. So, with this in mind the sizing details, they are listed up one chest size from the original label size, so, for instance, a label stating 96cm chest is here listed as 100cm chest, and so on.

As regards the lengths,
short sizes are for people under 170cm (roughly 5'7")
regular sizes for people between 170 and 186cm in height (roughly 5'7" and 6'1")
