If you're one waist size down from those listed they really should work fine with braces/suspenders
As regards the lengths, the letters inside the brackets refer to the original East German sizing system. They refer to the height of the wearer, and as far as we know it goes like this:
SK160-165 cm (roughly 5'3" to 5'5" tall)
K165-170 cm (roughly 5'5" to 5'7" tall)
M170-175 cm (roughly 5'7" to 5'9" tall)
G175-180 cm (roughly 5'9" to 5'11" tall)
SG180-185 cm (roughly 5'11" to 6.1" tall)
UG185-190 cm (roughly 6'1" to 6'3" tall)
BG 190-195 cm (roughly 6'3" to 6'5" tall)
In relation to inside leg measurements, they are not very informative, as the trousers are only meant to go into tall boots.
